About Directory Membership

Who can create an account?
Private music teachers over the age of 18, and music studios are welcome to create profiles for the MMF! Teacher Directory.

How can you provide this service for such a great price?
We kept things simple, and made the MMF! Teacher Directory an everything-you-need-and-nothing-you-don't resource. No fancy do-dads that add to the price. Also, no need for costly advertising - we already have 348,000 visitors coming to MMF! each and every month to enjoy the free resources.

If I sign up for a one year membership, do I need to sign up again?
Nope! Your payment for your renewed one year membership will be automatically deducted one day after the end of your current subscription. You may cancel your membership at anytime. If your renewed membership begins before you have a chance to cancel, and you aren't grinning from ear to ear, you still have 7 days to receive a full refund of your renewal membership payment.

Do you accept other forms of payment?
We kept things simple here too, offering payment though PayPal only. Just another way we're saving you money.

How often can I update my Teacher Profile?
You can update your profile as often as you like. Parents appreciate accurate, up-to-date information.

Is my membership fee tax-deductible?
Private music teachers and music classroom teachers should be able to claim a tax-deduction for their membership fee, as it is a business related expense. Ask your tax account how.

I've never used my credit card on the Internet before. Is it safe?
MMF! is using a secure browser to ensure the protection and privacy of your personal information. Your membership payment information is made directly to PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment providers in the world.

Will my subscription fee ever change?
Your fee will be adjusted no more the 10% each year. You will be notified prior to your automatic renewal of any changes.

How to Manage Your Subscription

Can I cancel at anytime?
Yep! You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your automatic payments will stop immediately.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Simply log in to PayPal and head to the Subscription Details page. (Your login for PayPal may be different that your MakingMusicFun.net account.)

Your payments will be cancelled immediately, but your membership account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Please notify us if you want your account deleted immediately.

Can my one year membership payment be refunded?
Yep! and Nope. Your first year membership is a non-refundable payment. If your renewal membership begins before you have a chance to cancel, and you aren't grinning from ear to ear, you still have 30 days to receive a full refund of your most recent subscription payment.
